Who sets it up — us or you?
We do. NorthCrown Group builds your private instance, loads your upcoming events, team, vendors, budgets and event history, and trains the people who'll run it. Your team starts in a system that already knows your world.
We don't have an events department. Is this still for us?
That's exactly who it's for. CrownEvents.OS is built for organizations where events land on HR, marketing, sales, an executive assistant or operations staff — people carrying real responsibility for events that aren't their whole job.
How long until our team is using it?
It depends on how many events and how much history we're loading, and we'll give you a clear timeline in the scoping conversation. The goal is a working system, loaded with your events, as quickly as your calendar needs it.

Every client gets a dedicated instance. Access is limited to named users at your organization's own email domains, with Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles. Your data is yours — the platform is licensed to you, never sold, and never shared with other clients.
How your instance is protected →What happens after go-live?
NorthCrown stays with you: implementation support through the launch period, then ongoing hosting, updates, fixes and how-to help as part of your subscription. If you want hands-on help running a specific event, we can talk about that too.
