What happens after I inquire?
A NorthCrown lead contacts you directly to discuss your organization, the events on your calendar and how they are run today. If it is a fit, we scope your Implementation Engagement together and put it in writing.
Do we need an events department for this to work?
No, and having one does not rule you out. CrownEvents.OS is built around how events are run rather than who runs them. It fits organizations where events fall to HR, marketing, sales, an executive assistant or operations staff, and it fits teams with experienced event people who are working without a system behind them.
Who handles setup?
We do. NorthCrown Group builds your private instance, loads your upcoming events, team, vendors, budgets and event history, and trains the people who will run it. Nothing is left for your team to configure.
How long until our team is using it?
It depends on how many events and how much history we are loading, and you receive a firm timeline in the scoping conversation. The goal is a working system, loaded with your events, as quickly as your calendar requires.

Every client gets a dedicated instance. Access is limited to named users at your organization's own email domains, with Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles. Your data is yours. The platform is licensed to you, never sold, and your instance is never shared with other clients.
How your instance is protected →What happens after go-live?
NorthCrown stays with you: 60 days of implementation support, then ongoing hosting, updates, fixes and how-to help as part of your subscription. Hands-on help with a specific event can be scoped separately.
